Before I sent Wolfbet any money, I got stuck on two buttons: Deactivate Bonus and Cancel Bonus. I wanted to try the casino with my own funds, but I couldn't tell which option would let me do that without giving up the welcome offer. I opened support before I opened my wallet.
That became a familiar part of my first few days: try something, stop at an unclear detail, and ask another question. Between November 2 and 4, I deposited 65 USDT across two transfers, got my first withdrawal back in the same second I asked for it, and tried both free-token Dice and real-money Hacksaw Dice. I also checked the license and checked a Dice bet with Wolfbet's verifier and outside it.
I'm still learning how crypto casinos work, and the dated sessions below include the moments I had to stop and ask for help. My first withdrawal is complete. The bonus test isn't, and I'll add to this review as it goes.
Where I stand right now
Won me over
- Both deposits appeared in my balance in about a minute
- My 49 USDT withdrawal landed in my wallet in the same second I confirmed it, with a confirmation email
- I could browse games, read the terms and open the provably fair verifier before registering
- A person answered my support questions within one to three minutes
- Hacksaw Dice let me reopen and replay individual bets
- The license is valid on Anjouan's own register, in the name on the site
Bugged me
- I needed support to explain the difference between deactivating and cancelling the welcome bonus
- The bonus panel showed six days left when I activated it, but the terms give seven
- My $15 deposit capped bonus bets at $0.30, and one game I wanted had a $1 minimum
- Wagering progress shows a percentage, not the amount done and the amount left
- My statistics showed the free-token bets but left out the real-money Dice bets
- The login form calls 2FA optional, then refused me without it
The verdict so far
Moving money was the smoothest part of my visit. Both deposits arrived in about a minute, and my first withdrawal was in my wallet the second I confirmed it.
The bonus took more work. After a second deposit of 15 USDT I activated a 30 USDT bonus, and had to ask support about deactivating versus cancelling it, which bets counted and what I could eventually withdraw. By November 4 my account statistics were also missing the real-money Dice bets I wanted to reconcile.
On my five checks: the license, cash-out, fairness and support pass, and the bonus is still open.
Testing timeline
Every session, documented as it happened. Oldest at the top. Times are UTC.
The welcome bonus arrived before I did
The homepage led with bonuses. Once I scrolled past them, I could browse casino games and the sportsbook without creating an account. I also found currency and payment information, a conversion tool and the provably fair verifier. I liked being able to look around before handing over my email address.

There was a Live Bets feed showing game names, amounts, payouts, profits and times. It looked live, but I didn't check how it was populated. I treated it as something to look at, not evidence of what I would win.
The license, on Anjouan's register
The footer named Cipher Games Ltd and license ALSI-132405048-FI3. I checked the Anjouan Gaming public register. It listed Cipher Games Ltd and wolfbet.com with a status of Valid, from May 28, 2024 to May 27, 2027. The operator, domain and license number matched the footer.

A matching listing gave me more confidence to keep going. I still couldn't find who owns Cipher Games Ltd, and a license entry can't tell me how a withdrawal or a support problem will go.
The terms were easy to find. The withdrawal minimum needed another check.
I read the terms before registering. The headings made it easy to jump to deposits and withdrawals.
The terms warned that deposits below the displayed minimum might not be credited and could be lost. I took that as a reason to check the deposit screen for my chosen coin and network before sending anything.
I found a general withdrawal minimum equivalent to $0.01 in the terms. Later, support told me the USDT minimum for my account was 15 USDT, and my withdrawal screen showed $15. I wouldn't plan a small withdrawal around the general figure without checking the coin's own minimum first.
The terms also allow manual withdrawal reviews that can take a few days. One fast payment doesn't prove every withdrawal will be instant.
Two registration buttons, one form
Join Now and Register both took me to the same panel. I signed up with an email address and password and agreed to the terms. I didn't see a Google sign-in option.
The promo-code field already contained WELCOMEPACK, which I could remove. I could also open the offer details before continuing.

After registering, I got free tokens to try the games. I treated them as a way to learn the controls, not money I'd earned. Then came another bonus window, with Deactivate Bonus, Cancel Bonus and Deposit funds. Two ways to say no, apparently with different consequences.

I used the verifier, then checked the server seed myself
I tried Wolfbet's own Dice with the free tokens. After 13 bets, I put the seeds and nonce into Wolfbet's provably fair verifier. It showed the result, 82.54, as verified.
Then I checked it outside Wolfbet. I took the revealed server seed and generated its SHA-256 hash myself. My calculation returned:
9e6026ff4917a2425cf4f03f7fdbf35dc82aa6c3cf0463547e0b2cbbbbd175fd
That matched the server-seed hash Wolfbet showed before I played. A public Wolf.bet Dice script on jsfiddle, run with the same seeds and nonce, returned the same 82.54.

This was a free-token bet on Wolfbet's own Dice. Later I played real money on Hacksaw's Dice, which this verifier doesn't cover.
I paused the bonus before sending money
Before depositing, I contacted support again. I wanted to use my own funds without taking on bonus wagering. An AI agent replied almost immediately, and a human agent followed in about a minute. After I clarified the question, she explained the two buttons:
| What I asked about | What support told me |
|---|---|
| Deactivate Bonus | The bonus would stay pending for 14 days. During that time I could deposit and withdraw without the bonus wagering requirement. It would cancel automatically after that. |
| Cancel Bonus | The welcome offer would be cancelled for good, and I couldn't reuse WELCOMEPACK. |
| Another offer later | She mentioned PROMO1500 as another deposit-bonus code. I haven't tested it. |

That helped. It also felt like information I should have had beside the buttons. I was deciding what would happen to my money, not choosing a colour theme. I deactivated the bonus for my first deposit and withdrawal test.
Verification was simple, as far as I went
I followed an email verification link, then entered my full name, date of birth and address in the account settings. The account showed as verified. I haven't tested document upload or any enhanced identity checks.
My 50 USDT arrived in about a minute
11:47:23 UTC, I sent 50 USDT on Ethereum. 11:48:23 UTC, Wolfbet credited it. My wallet paid about $0.05 in gas. I didn't have to contact support to get it credited.

My first withdrawal, in the same second
I asked for 49 USDT back before placing a real-money bet. I'd read the terms as prohibiting withdrawing a deposit without betting it, so I wasn't sure it would go through.
The withdrawal screen showed a $15 minimum and required two-factor authentication. I installed an authenticator app and used its code to finish the request. The confirmation screen showed a 0.06853 USDT fee on top of the 49, so Wolfbet took 49.06853 from my balance.
The withdrawal and the incoming transaction both show 12:17:23 UTC. I received 48.97716 USDT, plus a confirmation email.

That was a strong first result. It doesn't prove that withdrawing an unplayed deposit is generally allowed: my reading of the terms and my experience didn't line up, and I'd want support to explain that before calling it a rule. I also can't yet explain why 49 USDT left and 48.97716 arrived. The 0.02284 USDT gap isn't on any screen I saw.
A 15 USDT deposit and a 30 USDT bonus
03:03:11 UTC, I sent another 15 USDT. It appeared in my Wolfbet account at 03:04. My wallet paid about $0.04 in gas.
This time, I activated the deposit bonus. The bonus panel showed 30 USDT, matching the 200% offer on my 15. My total balance showed 45.93147 USDT: 15.93147 in the main balance and 30 in bonus funds. The main balance includes 0.93147 left over from my first deposit after the withdrawal and its fee.

The split mattered more than the big total at the top. Bonus money in my balance didn't mean money I could withdraw.
A seven-day offer with six days on the clock
When I activated the bonus, the panel showed six days left to wager. The promotion terms give seven.

My first thought was that the clock started the day before, when I deactivated the offer. That's a possibility, not something I confirmed. I can only tell you that the two differed.
The bonus maths changes the review
04:20 UTC, I asked whether bonus-funded bets counted toward the wagering and what happened to winnings. Support replied at 04:23. Eligible bonus-funded bets counted, subject to each game's contribution rate. I had to wager the bonus 40 times, the bonus itself wasn't withdrawable, and no single bet could be more than 2% of my deposit.
My own first calculation was $600, using my 15 USDT deposit as the base. Support's explanation used the 30 USDT bonus:
| Item | My offer |
|---|---|
| Second deposit | $15 |
| Credited bonus | $30 |
| Wagering, by support's explanation | $30 × 40 = $1,200 |
| Largest bet allowed | $15 × 2% = $0.30 |
| Bets at $0.30 to reach $1,200 | 4,000 |
| Bets at the $0.20 stake I used | 6,000 |
Those counts assume every bet contributes 100%, the stake stays the same and the balance lasts. They aren't a prediction that I could finish. The offer panel also says the most I can claim is 140% of the bonus, which for 30 USDT is 42. I haven't confirmed exactly what that cap applies to.
Sixteen games, but not every one fit my bet limit
I counted 16 games eligible for the bonus and wanted to compare their RTP figures before choosing. I asked support which had the highest. The agent showed me where to find the figure, but didn't give me the comparison. I was trying to avoid opening all 16 games one by one.
Heads and Tails had the highest RTP of the games I checked, but its $1 minimum was over my $0.30 cap. I settled on Hacksaw Dice, which shows 96% RTP and took a $0.20 stake. I couldn't set the stake to exactly $0.30 in the controls I used.
Bet replay helped me follow individual rounds
I tried a 3.00× payout, then 2.00× and 2.10×. Winnings went into the main balance, which looked encouraging, but with a bonus active I couldn't assume they were freely withdrawable. The game's history let me reopen and replay individual bets.

| Session, UTC | Wins | Losses | Net |
|---|---|---|---|
| 05:59, $0.20 at 3.00× | 1 | 0 | +$0.40 |
| 12:38 to 14:31, $0.20 at 2.00× | 75 | 89 | −$2.80 |
| 14:34 to 14:38, $0.20 at 2.10× | 34 | 41 | −$0.72 |
Those three sessions came to a $3.12 loss. I still need the full betting history to reconcile my final balance.
Two Dice games, different verification
I tried to check a Hacksaw Dice bet with Wolfbet's provably fair verifier. It isn't supported. Support told me the verifier covers Wolfbet's own Dice, Plinko, Limbo, Hilo and Keno, and pointed me to the provider for third-party games.
So my earlier check can't stand in for the Hacksaw game I later played with real money. A shared game name didn't mean a shared verification process.
A percentage wasn't enough to track the bonus
Wagering progress showed as a percentage. I wanted the amount wagered and the amount left beside it. After my wrong $600 calculation, that wasn't a cosmetic preference.
I also tried Public Rooms. A message said I needed at least 1,000 bets to chat. I moved on. A chat room isn't a reason to place more bets.
Three money questions, answered within minutes
01:29 UTC, I asked the three questions I ask at every casino. An agent named Beatriz acknowledged me straight away.
Do you offer a deposit bonus? At 01:31 she confirmed Wolfbet does, with links to the promotions page and the deposit bonus rules.

What is the minimum withdrawal, the fee and the limit? At 01:35 she gave the minimums per coin: for USDT, 15. She didn't cover fees and limits at first, so I asked again. The fee depends on the coin and network and shows once you pick a withdrawal option. The limits are in section 5 of the terms: $8,000 a week and $30,000 a calendar month, with monthly withdrawals also subject to the weekly limit.

Would a large withdrawal need more verification? At 01:38 she said KYC isn't required by default, but if Wolfbet decides it's needed, I'll be told and asked to verify on my account's verification page. I asked what KYC means, and at 01:42 she explained: Know Your Customer, the checks a company uses to confirm who its customers are.

Helpful and quick, though some answers needed a follow-up to be complete. They matched the terms and what I saw at the cashier.
Optional 2FA, until I tried to log in
The login form labels the 2FA field optional. After I entered my username and password, the attempt failed with a message requiring 2FA. I'd turned on an authenticator for my withdrawal, so the code is probably required for accounts like mine, but I haven't confirmed that. I don't mind the extra security. I mind having to guess what the form means.
My free-token bets appeared. My real-money Dice bets didn't.
My account statistics showed 14 bets, six wins and eight losses, all under the free-token symbol. The real-money Hacksaw Dice bets I wanted to check weren't there.

Support said the technical team would look into it within 24 hours. As of November 4, I didn't have an answer. I can't tell yet whether it's a fault or just what that page covers, but it made checking my results against my balance harder.

The −16.02 is what has left my wallet and not come back yet, not a loss: most of it is still in my Wolfbet account while the bonus test runs. I'll reconcile the exact balance once support sorts out the missing statistics.
The five checks
Every review on this site grades the same five checks, against the rules I publish. I've taken the bonus but haven't finished wagering it, so that one is still open.
- License and who's behind itValid on Anjouan's register to May 27, 2027, held by Cipher Games Ltd for wolfbet.com, matching the footer. Nobody is named as its owner anywhere I looked, which I report but don't grade. Proof.✓Pass

Next update
This covers two deposits, one withdrawal, three Hacksaw Dice sessions with a bonus active, one checked Dice bet, the license and several support chats. My view so far: the quick payments are the strongest part of Wolfbet, and the extra effort I spent understanding the account is what keeps my enthusiasm measured. Clearer wording on the bonus buttons and the login form would have saved me several of those chats.
Coming next: keep wagering the bonus and see how it ends, withdraw whatever is eligible afterwards, get support's answer on the missing statistics, and reconcile my balance to the last decimal.
A word of care
Gambling is for adults, 18+ and of legal age where you live. I treat it as paid entertainment, and I can lose the money I put in. A bonus can make a long session feel like work you have to finish: it isn't. If it stops being fun, free, confidential help is here, and so are BeGambleAware and GamCare.
