What I did: signed up, deposited 50 USDT, played Dice, Hilo and Blackjack, cleared a 100% wagering requirement, withdrew, asked support seven questions, checked the license, and checked one roll against Roobet's seed commitment.
This is not a list of bonuses copied off a landing page. I made an account at Roobet, sent real money to it, played until the cashier let me out, and took the money back. Every movement of money has a transaction hash you can check on Etherscan yourself.
My test is deliberately small and deliberately boring. Fifty dollars in USDT, the smallest bets the games allow, no bonus, no promo code, no VIP tier. A fifty-dollar deposit is what most people actually start with, and it is the amount where a casino has the least incentive to be careful with you. If the money comes back cleanly at fifty dollars, that tells you something. If it does not, that tells you more.
Roobet is one of the oldest and largest crypto casinos still operating. It has been running since 2019, and it is big enough that it does not need to scam anyone for fifty dollars. That is roughly how it behaved. The money went in, the money came out, and it took under three minutes. What I did not expect was the thing standing between those two events.
Where I stand right now
Won me over
- Withdrawal landed in 2 minutes 23 seconds, confirmed on-chain in 9 seconds
- Roobet paid the $0.06 network fee on the way out, not me
- No ID documents required to deposit or withdraw at this amount
- Dice shows its own house edge on screen: 49.50% win chance at 2.0000x is 99% RTP
- The server seed Roobet revealed after my bet hashes exactly to the commitment it showed me before
- License number in the footer matches the Curaçao register exactly
- Support answered in about a minute, with a real person after the bot
- Cashier sits in the top center of every page. Deposit and withdraw are never more than one click away
Bugged me
- A 100% wagering requirement on a plain deposit, with no bonus taken
- That requirement is invisible until you try to withdraw
- Balance opens in a local currency rather than dollars, inflating every number on screen
- A large slice of the live casino is grayed out as region restricted
- Support said Roobet charges no fees on any deposit or withdrawal. The terms say otherwise for fiat
- Asked what happens to a balance in a closed account, support would not give a straight answer
- "Deposit Now and Start Playing" kept nagging after I had already deposited
- Unfiltered public chat sits beside every game
The verdict so far
Roobet paid me. I requested $43.70 at 04:30 UTC and 43.755218 USDT landed at 04:32, confirmed in nine seconds, with Roobet covering the gas. No hold, no review, no document request.
What bothered me is what sat between the deposit and the withdrawal. No bonus, no promotion, just fifty dollars of my own money. When I opened the cashier, a red banner demanded I wager 100% of it first: $49.67 still to bet.
The rule is real and sits in clause 10.1 of the terms. It is also invisible until you try to leave: not in the deposit flow, not in the cashier, not in the identity form. The cost is the house edge. Turning over fifty dollars at 96% to 99% should cost between fifty cents and two dollars. I lost $6.04, worse than the maths predicts and simply variance. Nobody finishes even.
So: Roobet is fast, clean and it pays. It is also built so money entering is easier than money leaving, and it does not say so until you are inside. Neither fact cancels the other. On my five checks, the cash-out passes, support gets a Caution for a wrong answer about fees, and the license, bonus and fairness checks are still open.
Testing timeline
Every session, documented as it happened. Oldest at the top. Times are UTC.
Signing up, and the jackpot that was not what it looked like
02:05 UTC. Registration took under a minute. Email, username, password. No phone verification, no email loop, no documents. The site dropped me onto the Roo Jackpots page with a Mega Jackpot running to nine figures.
Roobet opened every balance in my local currency, and a nine-figure number looks enormous in any currency. Three clicks switch the display to dollars: the balance chip at the top, then Wallet Settings, then USD from a grid of twenty-seven currencies. The same jackpot becomes $2,999,025.98. Identical pot, identical odds. Switch it before you decide what a bet is worth.
The identity check nobody warned me about
02:18 UTC. The cashier offered Crypto or Cash. I chose Crypto, then Send from Wallet, then USDT. Roobet stopped me with a two-step form: "Please Confirm Your Identity: a quick, one-time check before your first deposit." Step one wanted my name and date of birth. Step two wanted country, address and phone number.
This matters because plenty of coverage says Roobet has no KYC. Not quite. No documents were requested, then or at withdrawal, but Roobet collects your real name, date of birth and address before taking a dollar. That is identity collection without document checks: lighter than a regulated European casino, heavier than nothing.
Sending $50
02:23 UTC. Four networks, confirmation counts stated up front: Ethereum after 3, Tron after 20, Solana after 1, BSC after 15, above a red wrong-network warning. Most horror stories in crypto gambling are tokens sent on the wrong chain, and Roobet puts that warning where you cannot miss it.
I chose Ethereum, the expensive option, and paid $0.87 in gas to send 50 USDT.
The deposit address received 50 USDT, worth $49.92 at the time. Roobet credited $49.89. Support put the three-cent gap down to network and wallet fees. Accounting, not theft, but the chain and your balance will not match to the penny.

The games I was not allowed to play
02:40 UTC. Roobet advertises a library of more than 6,300 games. The library you see is not the library you get.
I opened the Live Casino section and a whole block of tables came up grayed out, each with a small no-entry badge in the corner: Roo's Baccarat, Roo Bonanza, three separate Roo's Blackjack tables, Roo's VIP Blackjack 1 through 3, Roo's Free Bet Blackjack, Roo's Privé Blackjack, Roo's Roulette, The Roo House. Almost all of them Pragmatic Play. One tile stated it plainly: "Region Restricted: this game is not available in your region."
These blocks usually come from the studios rather than the casino, and Roobet handles it better than most: blocked tables stay visible and badged rather than stripped from the catalog. If live dealer games are why you are signing up, open that section before you deposit. Which tables are blocked depends on where you are, so your count will differ from mine.

Locked out of my own money
03:30 UTC. I opened the cashier to withdraw, and a red banner appeared across the top of the screen:
"You must first wager 100% of your deposits and or promotional earnings before you can withdraw. ($49.67 remaining)"
Roobet's cashier · October 30
I had taken no bonus. This was my own deposit, and the withdraw button did nothing but surface that banner again. The counter is accurate and updates live: as I played it ticked down from $49.67 onwards. But the rule is not on the deposit page, not in the cashier, and not in the identity flow. You learn it at the exact moment it costs you the most.

Days later I asked support how the requirement is classified. Stella, another agent, called it part of Roobet's anti-money-laundering policy:
"Funds must be wagered once before you can cash out... this is a part of our AML (Anti Money Laundering) policy... required for all deposits made into Roobet."
Roobet support
That is materially different from a promotional term. AML-framed wagering rules are common in crypto gambling and the logic is real: a deposit that passes straight back out unplayed is a clean way to move money. Whether 100% is proportionate, or conveniently also guarantees the house its edge, each reader can judge.
The answer added three details the interface never shows. Sportsbook bets count only once settled. Bets cashed out early do not count at all. Tips carry their own 30% requirement.

Wagering it off on Dice, Hilo and Blackjack
03:35 UTC. Roobet has fifteen in-house games it calls Originals. I used three.
Dice is where the best evidence sits. The interface shows Roll Under 49.50, Win Chance 49.50%, Multiplier 2.0000x before you commit a cent. Multiply the two: 0.99, a 99% return to player, stated openly rather than buried in a help article. Roobet also keeps a Live RTP page in the main sidebar.
Hilo was the one I enjoyed, probably because I like card games. You are shown a card and bet whether the next is higher or lower, with the odds and the cash-out value updating on every draw. Blackjack was standard, paying 3:2 with Perfect Pairs and 21+3 side bets available. I left the side bets at zero; they carry a much worse edge than the main game.
I ground through at one and ten cents a bet. The balance drifted from $49.89 up to $49.92, then down. By the time the counter cleared I had $43.85 left. About six dollars to unlock my own money.
Asking support my money questions
03:44 UTC. I opened the chat. A bot took the message, advertising a reply in under two minutes, and a human named Remy joined. Every answer arrived within about a minute.
- Where did the 3 cents go?Network fees, wallet fees, volatility, currency display. It did not address my specific gap, and it ended with "Roobet does not take any additional fees from any deposits or withdrawals."!Generic, and wrong on fees
- Must I wager before withdrawing?"You must wager 100% of your total deposit." Matches the banner and the terms.✓Matches the terms
- Minimum, maximum, fees?$10 minimum. $200,000 per 24 hours plus that day's deposits. No platform fee on crypto withdrawals, with network fees shown in the cashier.✓Matches the cashier
- What triggers an ID request?"We may occasionally request additional identification documents." Open-ended by design.!No threshold given
- Is the server seed hashed before a bet?"Yup! On Roobet Originals you can see the hashed server seed before placing a bet." I later checked that myself.✓Confirmed on Nov 2
- Which license covers my account?Quoted the full footer including OGL/2024/687/0427, which I found on the register.✓Matches the register
- If my account closed, what happens to my balance?"Depends on the circumstances of the closure and any applicable verification or wagering requirements."!A non-answer
Two things stand out. Roobet does not charge fees on crypto, and my transactions back that up. As a blanket statement, though, "no additional fees from any deposits or withdrawals" is wrong: the terms charge 1% on fiat deposits and 2% on fiat withdrawals past ten in thirty days. And the closed-account answer is a non-answer. Clause 6.4 lets Roobet close an account and freeze the balance at its discretion. One wrong answer about money is a Caution by my rules.
Getting paid
04:30 UTC. With the requirement cleared, the cashier worked. The screen quoted a $0.10 estimated fee and a $10.00 minimum. I requested $43.70.
A purple toast appeared: "Your withdrawal of $43.70 has been sent." Two minutes twenty-three seconds later, 43.755218 USDT landed in my wallet. Etherscan: block 26303199, 04:32:23 UTC, confirmed in nine seconds, sent from Roobet's hot wallet, with Roobet paying $0.06 in gas.
No hold. No verification request. No email. Paid in full well inside 24 hours, with nothing asked beyond the terms: by my rules, the cash-out is a Pass.

Checking the license myself
05:10 UTC. Roobet's footer carries a GCB badge and an "xnext validated" shield. Badges are images, so I went to the regulator.
The Curaçao register, October 2, 2026 edition, row 557: OGL/2024/687/0427 · Raw Entertainment B.V. · B2C · 157205 · issued 24-Dec-25 · status Indefinite. That matches Roobet's footer word for word.
"Indefinite" is the good status. Curaçao moved to direct licensing, and plenty of operators on that register still show "Assessment in progress" or "Expired". Roobet has fully converted.
One catch: searching that register for "Roobet" returns nothing. The licensee is Raw Entertainment B.V., so you need the company name to verify the casino. The xnext badge I could not identify at all. The footer also names Raw Entertainment Ltd in Cyprus as a paying agent. I haven't yet looked into who is behind either company, so the license check stays open on my License Tracker until I do.

Checking a roll against Roobet's commitment
03:26 UTC. Three days later I went back to close the one claim I had taken on trust.
Dice carries a scales icon in the footer, opening a panel called Change Seeds: an editable client seed, a server seed shown only as a hash, and a nonce. Before betting I copied the hash, sixty-four hex characters.
Then I rolled once, at a cent. The result was 58.80, a loss against my 49.50 target, and the nonce ticked from 3 to 4.
The seed is revealed through bet history. History, then Bets, then the info icon produced a Verify Bet button and the full record: hashed seed, plaintext seed, client seed, nonce, result.
The revealed server seed ran to 128 hex characters. Running SHA-256 over it produces exactly the hash Roobet showed me before I bet, character for character. Roobet committed to the seed before my bet existed and revealed the one it committed to.
That is half of the check. The other half is recalculating 58.80 from the seeds and nonce, and I couldn't: Roobet labels this bet's engine "Modern", and I didn't find its formula published anywhere I could reach. None of the common dice formulas I tried produced 58.80. Until the result itself matches, provably fair stays open by my rules. All the inputs are below, so you can try too.

Round trip: 2 minutes 23 seconds from request to arrival. The exercise cost about $7 on a $50 deposit, including my own gas, and roughly six dollars of that went on the wagering requirement, not fees. The deposit and withdrawal are on the blockchain. The game results come from Roobet's balance and my own notes.
The five checks
Every review on this site grades the same five checks, against the rules I publish.
- License and who's behind itOGL/2024/687/0427, Raw Entertainment B.V., status Indefinite, on row 557 of the Curaçao register and in Roobet's own footer. Who is behind Raw Entertainment I haven't looked into yet.…Still open

Next update
This covers one deposit, one play session, one withdrawal and one checked roll. My verdict stays the same: Roobet pays fast and in full, but only after you've bet your whole deposit, and it doesn't tell you that until you're inside.
Coming next: recalculate a Dice result from its seeds, so the fairness check can close. Look into who is behind Raw Entertainment B.V. Confirm whether Roobet offers a welcome bonus to a regular sign-up. Try the responsible gambling tools, including whether a deposit limit applies instantly. And a larger withdrawal, to see whether four figures triggers the document request that fifty dollars did not.
A word of care
Gambling is for adults, 18+ and of legal age where you live. I lost money on this test, and I expected to. A 99% RTP game is not a 99% chance of going home even. Roobet offers time-outs, self-exclusion and account deletion, and they're worth finding before you need them. The public chat sits beside every game, and on the day I tested it people were openly joking about being wiped out. If it stops being fun, free, confidential help is here, and so are BeGambleAware and GamCare.
